- Full refund of the total price if you cancel up until 72 hours prior to check in time.
- 75% refund of the total price if you cancel afterwards and up until check in.
- No refund will be issued if you cancel afterwards.

- Full refund of the total price if you cancel up until 30 days prior to check in day.
- 75% refund of the total price if you cancel afterwards and up until check in.
- No refund will be issued if you cancel afterwards.
No shows
- 75% refund of the total price if you fail to check in without cancelling beforehand.
